  • 低筋面粉290g
  • 牛奶50g
  • 熟黑芝麻200g
  • 熟花生仁300g
  • 白糖100g
  • 粘米粉20g
  • 淡奶油60g
  • 牛奶60g
  • 黑芝麻粉48g
  • 糖粉18g
  • 吉利丁粉3.5g
  • 冷水14g

  • 1.先做流心馅,将吉利丁粉加水搅拌均匀,再加入流心馅剩余食材搅拌均匀。

  • 6.最后做饼皮,将饼皮所有食材混合。
  • 7.揉成团,放冰箱冷藏超过2小时。
  • 8.将黑芝麻馅分成32份,逐个整成碗状。
  • 9.包入流心馅。
  • 10.搓圆,放冰箱冷冻备用。
  • 11.将饼皮分成32个剂子,搓圆。
  • 12.逐个隔保鲜膜擀开。
  • 13.包入馅料。
  • 14.搓圆。
  • 15.抹油用月饼模印图案。
  • 16.摆入烤盘,放冰箱冷冻超过3小时。
  • 17.放入预热好的烤箱中层上下火180度10分钟。
