自制外卖醪糟
天气越来越凉了,做点醪糟,每天早上煮点蛋、汤圆什么的在里面来吃,出门了也是暖暖的。

Steps to make 自制外卖醪糟

  • 1.备齐所用原料。
  • 2.将糯米浸泡24小时。
  • 3.浸泡24小时后,将糯米洗净倒入铺有蒸布的蒸锅内,用筷子刨平并插上气孔。
  • 4.糯米蒸1小时左右。
  • 5.蒸熟后让糯米自然冷却到35度左右。
  • 6.加入甜酒曲和温水搅拌均匀。搅拌均匀后。把糯米压实中间留个洞。
  • 7.用保鲜膜把容器盖几层包严实,保持30度左右的温度,发酵24小时。
  • 8.24小时发好的醪糟。
  • 9.用35度左右的温水加白糖搅拌均匀。
  • 10.将糖水倒入醪糟中,盖上保鲜膜继续发酵12小时。
  • 11.12小时后,多汁甜甜的醪糟就做好了。
