芋圆烧仙草
芋圆烧仙草是台湾的传统甜点,Q弹松软,冰爽好吃。外面卖好贵,于是自己做。仙草采用广东的特产仙草粉,现在是南瓜季节,芋圆用的是南瓜。(PS:现在不是芋头季节,相对来说没那么好吃。)

  • 木薯粉80克
  • 白砂糖80克

Steps to make 芋圆烧仙草

  • 1.仙草粉50克加入清水250克清水拌均无颗粒状
  • 2.清水900克煮沸,把拌均好的仙草糊倒入锅中不断拌均再次煮沸;
  • 3.煮好的仙草倒入保鲜盒,冷却,放入冰箱冷藏2小时;PS:建议用玻璃盒或陶瓷盒,不建议用塑料保鲜盒
  • 4.南瓜蒸熟压成南瓜泥取200克、木薯粉80克、白砂糖40克;
  • 5.加入适量的沸水拌均,揉成光滑面团;
  • 6.揉成长细细长条;
  • 7.用刀切长段;PS:如果切的时候粘刀,可以抹一层粉
  • 8.清水煮沸,放入芋圆,煮熟;PS:煮熟会浮起来
  • 9.捞出芋圆,过食用冰水;PS:可以事先把烧开的水放凉放入冰箱冷藏变成冰水;
  • 10.冷藏好的仙草切方块,再加芋圆、白砂糖拌均即可。
