浓汤咖喱牛腩火锅

Steps to make 浓汤咖喱牛腩火锅

  • 1.材料准备;
  • 2.牛腩切方正的大块,土豆切滚刀块;
  • 3.牛腩加料酒和清水,焯水取出血水洗净备用;
  • 4.将牛腩、土豆和适量清水一起放入高压锅内压制,水基本没过材料即可;
  • 5.另取一锅,将压制好的牛腩土豆放入锅内,放入咖喱块;(百梦多原味咖喱块)
  • 6.视各自喜好再酌情放入适量咖喱粉;
  • 7.能吃辣的就再加些辣油;
  • 8.再煮至汤底浓稠即可。
  • 9.挑了几个大个的草虾,这个我是实现煮好了的,太大了,怕一时半会儿煮不熟哈
