先炒米再煮制,煮好既出锅
不泡不费时,而且口感极好

  • 虾干3个
  • 猪肉400克
  • 花菇干6朵
  • 蒜头10个
  • 菜脯半段
  • 花生米100克
  • 五香粉3克
  • 细盐5克

Steps to make 广东什锦咸粽

  • 1.备洗好粽叶及绑条,并提早一天泡洗好粽米。
  • 2.备好蒜头,菜脯丝,花生米,虾干末,及泡炸好的香菇,还有就是提早一天用酱油腌制好的猪肉。
  • 3.糯米中加入适量五香粉,拌均匀备用。
  • 4.热锅加油。
  • 5.入虾末及菜脯丝爆香。
  • 6.加入糯米微炒至入味。
  • 7.加入适量细盐。
  • 8.将炒好的糯米盛出放凉备用。
  • 9.取粽叶一片,如图折好。
  • 10.加入适量糯米及蒜头。
  • 11.加入花生米香菇及肉片。
  • 12.再加入适量糯米。
  • 13.压折好不露米,用绑叶绑好。
  • 14.将绑好的生粽子分成四个一组或是五个一组。
  • 15.装到汤锅内,加入适量清水,以满过粽子为准。
  • 16.上汤锅煮制一个半小时既可,出锅后沥水放凉食用。
