  • 1.准备好所需食材。
  • 2.粉丝用冷水浸泡备用。
  • 3.大蒜切碎,胡萝卜也切碎,再切点葱花。
  • 4.起锅热油,倒入一大半的蒜末,中小火慢慢炸香。
  • 5.当蒜末变成金棕色,倒入余下的蒜末、胡萝卜碎、葱花,稍微炒一下,关火装碗备用。
  • 6.准备一锅清水,加一勺料酒煮开,下蛏子焯水1分钟左右。
  • 7.捞出来过下冷水,去掉黑边跟内脏,外壳也清洗干净。
  • 8.把粉丝捞出均匀的铺在盘子内。
  • 9.把蛏子壳摆放整齐,再把蛏子肉放上去。
  • 10.把炸好的蒜蓉加入辣椒酱、蚝油、糖、盐、白胡椒粉拌匀。
  • 11.然后铺到蛏子肉上面。
  • 12.再撒点葱花、熟白芝麻。
  • 13.放入蒸烤箱高火蒸5-8分钟。
  • 14.蒸好后,淋上热油,就可以开吃了!
