  • 1.材料:红枣、桂圆、枸杞、莲子……
  • 2.红枣、桂圆、枸杞、莲子等材料浸泡3、4个小时。
  • 3.买回家的老鸭清洗后焯水,老鸭在买时可以让店家预先处理好。
  • 4.清洗,看老鸭表皮上还有没有杂毛,有的话用镊子拔掉。
  • 5.所有的材料连同老鸭一起放入砂锅内,一次加足水。
  • 6.大火煮开后,再小火煲上 2~3个小时关火,加适量盐调味。
