芝麻里卷寿司
这款寿司是里卷寿司,所谓里卷即是米饭在外层的卷寿司,又称外卷和反卷。里卷寿司一般用的米饭要比内卷的多。此外,都是会再撒上芝麻,蟹籽之类的,做一点点缀。

    Steps to make 芝麻里卷寿司

    • 1.材料图。
    • 2.煮好的米饭趁热倒入寿司醋(一碗饭一汤匙寿司醋)。搅拌均匀。
    • 3.将鸡蛋打散煎成蛋饼。
    • 4.胡萝卜切条,开水煮软。黄瓜切条、大根切条、火腿肠切条,蛋饼切条。
    • 5.取一个寿司帘,放保鲜膜,放一张海苔。
    • 6.米饭从左至右,从上至下铺好,盖住海苔,撒上黑芝麻。
    • 7.翻面,使米饭放在底层。放上喜欢的菜和鸡蛋。
    • 8.自下而上卷起来。卷的时候注意慢慢揭掉保鲜膜。
    • 9.全部卷好后再用保鲜膜卷一下放置2分钟。
    • 10.切好装盘即可。
