  • 8.包好的包子反扣过来,压上花纹,醒发十分钟,煎制之前再压一遍花纹
  • 9.电饼铛底部抹油,将包子底儿煎硬
  • 10.倒入半碗水,大约在包子三分之一处,盖上锅盖,约10分钟,听到吱吱的响声后拔掉电源焖三两分钟开锅盖即可
