  • 1.准备好所需食材:如图所示。七彩菌菇用清水泡几分钟,然后冲洗一下即可,红菇用清水清洗一下后用纯净水泡十分钟,泡的水可以过滤放入一起煲汤,枸杞子过一下清水即可。
  • 2.乌鸡斩件,焯水。
  • 3.捞出来清洗干净,去掉皮及油脂。
  • 4.将除了枸杞子,红菇以外的食材都放入瓦煲里,添加适量的开水,几片姜。
  • 5.中火烧开,转小火。
  • 6.盖上盖子煲90分钟。
  • 7.这是煲了60分钟的汤。
  • 8.将红菇放入继续煲。
  • 9.汤煲至75分钟时候放入枸杞子继续煲。
  • 10.时间到了关火,调点盐即可。
  • 11.一锅很鲜美的汤品就完成了。
