  • 1.蛋白蛋黄分离,蛋黄中加入糖粉
  • 2.加入牛奶
  • 3.加入橄榄油
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉
  • 5.蛋白粉三次加入糖,打发
  • 6.取三分之一蛋白放入蛋黄液中
  • 7.搅拌均匀后再倒回蛋白中
  • 8.切拌均匀
  • 9.装入裱花袋
  • 10.挤入蛋糕杯中,六七分满即可
  • 11.烤箱预热,180° 上下火 15分钟左右
  • 12.成品
