  • 1.将黑芝麻炒熟,

  • 3.选择研磨功能,将黑芝麻磨成粉,
  • 4.在面包桶中加入牛奶、鸡蛋、白糖、精盐和玉米油,再加入高筋面粉、黑芝麻粉、奶粉和酵母粉,
  • 5.启动面包机和面25分钟,
  • 6.然后饧发40分钟,
  • 7.将饧发好的面团揉搓排气后,分割成12份,
  • 8.全部滚圆,
  • 9.码入不粘玛芬烤盘中,
  • 10.入烤箱,选择发酵功能,底部放一碗热水,发酵30分钟,
  • 11.在二发后的面包坯表面刷上全蛋液,
  • 12.入预热好的烤箱,中层,180度,上下火,烤15分钟。
