外婆红烧肉
外婆红烧肉不炒糖色、不煎肉,家常烧炖,制作简单,家的味道,蒜香软糯。

Steps to make 外婆红烧肉

  • 1.带皮五花肉焯水切大块两公分半左右控水备用。
  • 2.切葱花姜片,喜欢吃蒜子多剥点。
  • 3.热锅凉油,加少许油就可以,加入葱花.姜片爆出香味。
  • 4.加入五花肉翻炒几下加适量老抽、生抽、黄酒、冰糖翻炒均匀。
  • 5.放入大蒜瓣、适量白胡椒粉,倒一罐啤酒、加适量水没过食材,一定要一次加足水,中间不要再加不然影响口感。
  • 6.大火烧开中小火炖四十五分钟,如果锅中有浮油可以用铲子盛出,减少油腻,试一下五花肉软烂就可以大火收汁。
  • 7.上桌了,蒜香软糯,家的味道。
