  • 1.原料:大虾、线椒、洋葱、姜、蒜、泡椒、花椒粒、干豆豉。
  • 2.大虾洗净,剪去虾脚、沙包、肠和头部的尖刺,干豆豉切碎,洋葱切丝,线椒切小段,姜切碎,蒜切片。
  • 3.锅中倒入油,小火,加入干豆豉,炒香。
  • 4.加入花椒粒,炒香。
  • 5.加入泡椒和郫县豆瓣酱,将郫县豆瓣酱炒出红油。
  • 6.加入蒜和姜,炒香。
  • 7.加入料酒,去除豆瓣酱的异味。
  • 8.加入大虾,翻炒。
  • 9.加入生抽和老抽,翻炒。
