香肠餐包之花穗
最近做了好几款花式面包,里面裹香肠的居多,这样早餐吃起来不用再另准备肉食,快捷一些。而且这一款面包制作的时候没有加油脂成份,低脂更健康。

  • 1.面团的制作,一次发酵和中间醒发,请参看:http://home.meishichina.com/recipe-214649.html,其中的步骤1到8.
  • 2.取一块小面坯,按扁排气,抻成长形,将提前剥好的香肠放在一端。
  • 3.然后卷成卷。
  • 4.用锋利的刀,将裹了香肠的面切连刀。靠自己近的这一边面皮儿和香肠已经切断,离自己远的那一边面皮儿是连在一起的。
  • 5.将切成片的香肠片,稍微倾斜,一左一右分开。
  • 6.一个漂亮的花穗就完成了。
  • 7.依次做好花穗面包坯,放温暖处二次发酵,注意保湿,发至2倍大小即可烤制。
  • 8.烤箱190度预热5分钟,160度烤20分钟左右即熟。
