  • 杏仁粉18g
  • 蛋黄一个
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 黄油60g
  • 白砂糖20g

Steps to make 柠檬派

  • 1.把黄油切小块,
  • 2.加入白砂糖,用打蛋器打发,打发至蓬松,
  • 3.分三次加入全蛋液,每次打发均匀再加入下一次,
  • 4.加入低筋面粉和杏仁粉,
  • 5.用橡皮刮刀和成团,
  • 6.用手搓揉光滑,
  • 7.用两张保鲜膜盖住,
  • 8.把它擀开,成4毫米左右的面皮,
  • 9.撕掉一面的保鲜膜,把撕掉的那一面朝下,
  • 10.沿着派盘按压出形状,把上面一层保鲜膜撕掉,
  • 11.把多余的边用擀面杖擀掉,
  • 12.用叉子在底部叉出小气孔,放上重物,180度20min左右,表面金黄即可,
  • 13.把淡奶油、鸡蛋、糖粉和柠檬汁混合,
  • 14.搅拌均匀,
  • 15.倒入预先烤制的派皮内,160度再烤25min左右,中间的馅料凝固即可,
