Steps to make 橙味烤羊排

  • 1.从嫩羊架分出4块羊排。
  • 2.洋葱、蒜仔、香芹、胡萝卜切块,香菜洗净。
  • 3.一起放入搅拌机,加少量的水打成蔬菜汁。
  • 4.放入适量的盐,把羊排放入腌渍4小时左右。
  • 5.烤箱预热220℃,洋葱切片放在烤盘上,羊排拿出摆放在洋葱上,放入烤箱烤30分钟左右。
  • 6.取出橙肉切小丁。
  • 7.平锅加入一勺高汤,放入橙子丁和适量的糖收汁。
  • 8.把酸甜口的汤汁收汁浇在烤好的羊排上。
