    • 6.酱油+醋+料酒+白糖+少许盐+少许水。调成烧鱼的料汁儿备用。
    • 7.炸香大料瓣,放葱姜蒜炒香,放炸好的鱼,放入烧鱼的料汁儿,快速翻炒,使马口鱼均匀裹满料汁儿使其入味,快速出锅即可。
    • 8.干烧马口鱼。
