驴打滚儿----微波炉做北京小吃
驴打滚儿外层滚了黄豆面,所以叫豆面糕——这是正经名字,几乎没人知道了。还是小名儿更可爱更让人印象深刻。
真正的驴打滚儿是用粘黄米面加水和成面蒸熟成粘粘的面团,再卷入豆馅或红糖卷起而成。
不过现在用黄米面的不多了,大多用糯米面来做。不管用哪种,都是粘粘的糯糯的很好吃。

Steps to make 驴打滚儿----微波炉做北京小吃

  • 1.碗里刷上一层油(不沾碗,取面团时不易沾)
  • 2.碗里放入糯米粉和生粉
  • 3.加入适量水调成面糊状
  • 4.放入微波炉高火微2分
  • 5.取出搅拌一下(容易上劲儿)
  • 6.再放入微2分,如果面团粘度小可再微1到2分
  • 7.面团晾到不烫手在揉成团(手上沾水,这样不粘手)
  • 8.准备好红豆馅,案板上洒点水或者铺一层豆面(防止粘连)
  • 9.将面团擀成长方形
  • 10.铺上一层豆馅
  • 11.卷起来
  • 12.撒上豆面
  • 13.切成段就可以吃啦
