五花肉焖冬瓜

    Steps to make 五花肉焖冬瓜

    • 1.冬瓜一块。(用量可根据自己所需而定)
    • 2.冬瓜去皮切成四方丁,生姜切片,红椒横切成小圈状,大蒜也要几刀。
    • 3.猪肉五花肉一块(用量因各自所需而定)
    • 4.五花肉切成半寸宽的肉丁。
    • 5.热锅放油,稍微多放一点,等油温六成热时放入五花肉过油。
    • 6.等五花肉变成这样子就捞出用碗先装着放一边备用。
    • 7.然后再把冬瓜丁放油锅里过油。
    • 8.等冬瓜的表面变成淡黄色时捞出用碗装着备用。
    • 9.把多余的油倒出,锅里留些底,生姜、大蒜、红椒一起下锅煸炒一下。
    • 10.把过油备用的五花肉与冬瓜一起下锅翻两下,加清水(有高汤的加高汤)大火焖。
    • 11.等锅里的水干了三分之二时加入盐、白楜椒粉、鸡精少许,炒匀,出锅装盘。撒点葱点缀一下。
