  • 1.准备原料。
  • 2.面粉筛入盆中。
  • 3.加入盐,混合均匀。
  • 4.加入耐高糖酵母,混合均匀。
  • 5.加入白糖,混合均匀。
  • 6.加入打散的鸡蛋液,可以留一点刷司康的表皮。
  • 7.加入淡奶油,用叠压的方法,和成面团。
  • 8.加入洗净的葡萄干,再次叠压混合均匀。
  • 9.面团和好后,用保鲜膜盖上,放冰箱冷藏发酵1个晚上。
  • 10.第二天早上提前1个小时取出回温,直接擀成圆形,切分成均匀的8份。
  • 11.放在烤盘上,刷蛋液。烤箱上火185度,下火180度,烤25分钟,司康鼓起成熟即可出炉。
