  • 1.备好材料,香菜洗净备用;
  • 2.香菜切成小段,花生切碎、自制黑豆腐切成小方块;
  • 3.锅中加水烧开加1小勺盐;
  • 4.加入豆腐焯水,去除豆腥;
  • 5.豆腐捞出沥干水分放凉备用;
  • 6.豆腐放入盘中,撒上香菜;
  • 7.小碗中加入1小勺糖;
  • 8.再倒入六月鲜特质酱油;
  • 9.再加入玫瑰醋;
  • 10.加入1小勺香油;
  • 11.放入豆瓣酱用勺子拌匀;
  • 12.将调好的酱汁浇在豆腐上,撒上酒鬼花生碎和白芝麻即可。
