荷包蒸肉饼
鸡蛋肉饼配料简单,但营养却十分丰富。既有肉又有蛋,再加上一盘青菜,添上一碗米饭,也是美美的一顿。而且汤汁鲜美,不油不腻,除了中餐和晚餐,作为早餐也是很好的选择,能够达到早餐有肉有蛋的营养标准。
蒸之前直接分成需要的份数来蒸,这样每人一份既方便又漂亮。

  • 鸡蛋3个
  • 干贝少许
  • 高汤2汤勺
  • 葱白少许
  • 食盐茶勺
  • 料酒半汤勺

Steps to make 荷包蒸肉饼

  • 1.材料图。(瘦肉、鸡蛋、干贝)
  • 2.瘦肉洗净,剁成较细的肉末。
  • 3.加入葱白末、姜末,和泡发好的干贝。(干贝撕成丝)
  • 4.剁至干贝和肉末完全融合。
  • 5.剁好的肉糜放入较深的碗中,加入食盐、料酒,和少许干淀粉搅拌均匀。
  • 6.再分次加入2汤勺的高汤,顺同一方向搅拌均匀至上劲。
  • 7.分成所需要的份数。
  • 8.取一份放入碗中。
  • 9.打入一个鸡蛋。
  • 10.从碗的边缘轻轻加入适量清水,然后盖上保鲜膜。
  • 11.入开水锅大火蒸5分钟左右,改小火炖半个小时即可。
  • 12.如果有这种带盖的瓦罐,就用瓦罐蒸,会更好。我怕有的亲们没有,所以直接用碗示范了。
