豆沙酥饼
酥酥的外皮,甜甜的内馅,热乎乎的一口咬下去,再配上一杯豆浆,美味!

    Steps to make 豆沙酥饼

    • 1.中筋面粉和白砂糖搅拌均匀(比例10:1),中间做个窝,
    • 2.加入色拉油(与面粉比例1:5)和适量水,做成水油皮,醒面30min,
    • 3.用做水油皮一半的面粉来做干油酥,(面粉与猪油的比例2:1)
    • 4.和成干油酥面团,
    • 5.分成等量的小剂子,
    • 6.用一块水油皮包入一块干油酥,
    • 7.完全包裹起来,收口朝下,
    • 8.用擀面杖擀开,
    • 9.从上至下卷起来,静置10min,
    • 10.再次擀开,重复上述工作,
    • 11.从中间按压下,切面朝上,
    • 12.用擀面杖擀开,
    • 13.包入适量豆沙,很喜欢甜甜的豆沙,包了很多,(这里如果不是很熟练的亲不要包太多的豆沙,后面会比较难包,比较容易漏,)
    • 14.慢慢收口,
    • 15.收口朝下,
    • 16.轻轻擀开,这里动作一定不能太粗暴,不然豆沙会漏出来的,在饼的中间轻轻按压上少量烘烤过的黑芝麻,
    • 17.热锅下少量油,小火煎制两面金黄,酥皮微起即可,
