香煎奶酪丸子+丸子汤
最近有点忙啊,有日子没上菜了.... 这一次给宝宝们准备了3三种肉丸子,推荐给1岁半以上的宝宝们食用。
像这样的肉丸子,一次可以多做几个,多做几种,冻起来;但是冷冻的时间不要太长,尽量不超过10天会比较好。平时给宝宝煮面条、煮汤、煮粥的时候都可以放上几个,又美味又营养。而且丸子的肉不会太硬,也不会太柴;丸子里面还包上了碎碎的奶酪,让宝宝吃起来也很方便,很惊喜啊;相信可爱的宝宝们应该是会喜欢的....

    Steps to make 香煎奶酪丸子+丸子汤

    • 1.大虾去壳,去虾线,备用。
    • 2.用料理机搅拌成肉馅。
    • 3.鸡肉收拾干净,去筋去膜,切成小块。
    • 4.用料理机搅拌成肉馅。
    • 5.猪里脊肉,去筋去膜,切成小块。
    • 6.用料理机搅拌成肉馅。
    • 7.搅碎的肉馅儿备用。
    • 8.分别在肉馅里加入少量的酱油调味。
    • 9.取适量的肉馅,在手心摁薄成片,放入切碎的奶酪,然后包成肉丸。
    • 10.锅内放入黄油,融化。
    • 11.把做好的丸子放入锅内煎熟即可食用蜡。
    • 12.烧取另一部分肉馅儿,挤成丸子,加入香菇、油菜,再煮一碗丸子汤。
