蔓越莓,又称小红莓,是一种小小的红色果子,新鲜的果子常用来做果汁或果酱,而干的蔓越莓对玩烘焙的tx来说并不陌生。上周为了做瑞典肉丸,买了一桶小红莓,除了一少部分被我用来做瑞典肉丸必备的小红莓酱,还剩下好多,于是便有了这瓶果酱~

Steps to make 蔓越莓果酱(小红莓果酱)

  • 1.新鲜蔓越莓洗净,挑去烂掉的果子
  • 2.投入面包桶内
  • 3.加入细砂糖
  • 4.半个柠檬挤汁
  • 5.加入水,运行一个果酱程序
  • 6.若感觉不是很浓稠,可以把果酱倒入煮锅中中火再稍微熬制一会儿
