Steps to make 鲫鱼萝卜汤

  • 1.鲫鱼洗净去掉鱼肚子里面东西,在鱼身两边各划两刀,把生姜切片备用。
  • 2.热锅下油
  • 3.油热到五成时放下片(生姜去腥味)
  • 4.放鲫鱼(中火)
  • 5.用锅铲把鱼翻边
  • 6.等过2分钟就倒入料酒(早点放料酒鱼嫩些)
  • 7.过2分钟就可以放下冷水盖起锅盖大火煮上15分钟(水的多少根据自己要求放)
  • 8.这时可以利用时间把葱切成段和末
  • 9.萝卜切成丝(不要太细也不要太粗)
  • 10.用碗装好备用
  • 11.15分钟后揭开锅把汤上面的漂浮物用锅铲捞出不要
  • 12.这时放下切好的萝卜丝,盖好锅盖用中火煮10分钟
  • 13.10分钟后放下葱段,盖好锅盖煮5分钟
  • 14.5分钟后,放盐,香油葱花,就可以准备出锅了
  • 15.这样一款鲫鱼萝卜汤就做好了!
