韩式烤五花肉,做法非常简单,五花肉提前用酱料腌制一下,送入烤箱,十多分钟就OK了,油脂都被烤出来了,外焦里嫩,香而不腻,吃了没负担,搭配生菜,再来杯啤酒,那真是绝配,一次得多做点,少了不够吃,真是越吃越香,超级下酒下饭菜,吃得过瘾啊。

Steps to make 韩式烤肉

  • 1.买回来的五花肉清洗干净,切片,薄厚随自己喜欢,可以略微厚一点,口感好,吃起来特别香,肉皮劲道。
  • 2.大蒜去皮洗净切成蒜末,姜去皮洗净切成姜末,准备一代烧烤酱,自己喜欢的品牌都可以,我用的是韩式烤酱。取大盆,放入切好的五花肉,加入姜蒜末,1勺蜂蜜,料理米酒1勺,加入适量的烤酱和辣椒酱。
  • 3.带上一次性手套,抓一抓,让五花肉更入味,然后腌制半小时左右。
  • 4.洋葱去皮洗净,切条,烤盘铺上锡纸码上一层洋葱条。
  • 5.将腌制好的五花肉码在上边。
  • 6.烤箱210度预热,上下火中层,烤15分钟,中间可以翻面一次。烤箱品牌不同,烘烤的温度和时间都有差别,请根据自己的烤箱设置。
  • 7.出炉,装盘,卷生菜吃可香了,最近迷上这道菜了,全家人都爱吃。
