Steps to make 清炖狮子头

  • 1.猪肉馅放入容器中,加入料酒,盐,胡椒粉和葱花搅拌至上劲。
  • 2.荸荠去皮,洗净,切碎。
  • 3.将荸荠碎加入到肉馅中,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.取适量的肉馅,用左右手来回用力摔打几次,搓圆。
  • 5.砂锅中添水烧开后转中小火,放入一片白菜叶,将狮子头放在白菜叶上。
  • 6.撇去浮沫,加入姜片和料酒。
  • 7.开锅后转小火,再盖上一片白菜叶,炖20分钟。
  • 8.时间到了以后,拿走白菜叶,放入洗净的枸杞煮2分钟左右。
  • 9.放入洗净的青菜叶烫熟即可。
  • 10.加盐,胡椒粉调味,撒入葱花。
