  • 冷水60克
  • 开水150克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 1茶勺
  • 黑胡椒粉1茶勺
  • 葱花60克

Steps to make 葱油饼

  • 1.将150克开水用绕圈的方式倒入面粉中,用筷子不停地搅拌成松散的面团,接着倒入冷水,敲一个鸡蛋进去和匀。
  • 2.和好的面团抹些玉米油,放在盆里盖湿布松弛半个小时左右。
  • 3.把葱花、黑胡椒粉和盐放入一个小碗里,烧热油,倒入拌匀。
  • 4.取出松弛好的面团,然后分割成8等份并滚圆。
  • 5.用擀面杖将面皮擀成椭圆形,并擀薄。
  • 6.铺上油葱。
  • 7.将面皮自上而下卷成长条状,并搓细长。
  • 8.接着绕成螺旋状。
  • 9.放置15分钟后,用手将面团压平,再用擀面杖轻轻擀薄。
  • 10.平底锅烧热,刷一层薄薄的油,用中小火将两面煎至金黄色即可。
