呛拌蓑衣黄瓜

Steps to make 呛拌蓑衣黄瓜

  • 1.青瓜用加了苏打的水泡15分钟后清洗干净,用两根筷子左右放在青瓜旁,刀垂直往下切,片与片不能切断
  • 2.把青瓜整根180度倒过来45度斜着切,也要切的均匀。然后切出来的就是可以拉的很长型的蓑衣黄瓜
  • 3.青瓜放到盆里用盐腌制5分钟
  • 4.蒜拍成碎末,红尖椒切成段备用
  • 5.用一个小碗,里面加入醋 ,白糖 和美极鲜味汁,用温水轻轻搅拌混和直至白糖融化
  • 6.锅里放入麻油加热,接着放入花椒爆香
  • 7.把麻油倒入糖醋汁中混合匀
  • 8.青瓜装入盘中,接着把调料均匀的淋在上面
  • 9.把红尖椒段洒在上面即可
