照烧鸡腿饭
周六妈妈飞去了青岛,老公出差福州。

热热闹闹的家只剩下我和美美二个人,空荡荡的房子一下子安静的让我难以适应。

妈妈去青岛其实也只是小住一段,但还是有太多的不舍,习惯了妈妈在身边的每一天,看着她忙前忙后的身影听着她的唠叨,心里会感觉特别温暖,就连美美这几天的口头语也变成了 “我想姥姥,她怎么还不回来呀”。



人少时做饭成了比较头疼的事情,做多了浪费,太凑合又觉得对不住女儿,简餐就非常合适了,简单快捷又美味,30分钟饭菜肉全部搞定。

这份照烧鸡腿饭超级好吃,美美边吃边说今天可以不用洗她的盘子,她能舔的干干净净。

    Steps to make 照烧鸡腿饭

    • 1.鸡腿洗净后控干水份。
    • 2.用刀子将骨头剔除,鸡肉用刀背拍打几下。
    • 3.用叉子在鸡皮上叉匀,这样可以防止皮缩。
    • 4.处理好的鸡腿,放入碗中加料酒,盐,五香粉腌制。
    • 5.在碗中加入料酒2大汤匙,蜂蜜1汤匙,生抽2汤匙调匀配好照烧酱汁。
    • 6.煎锅中倒入少许油,油热后放入腌渍好的鸡腿,鸡皮朝下放入。
    • 7.小火煎制,并不时地用铲子在鸡肉上压,待鸡皮煎至金黄色时翻面煎。
    • 8.待两面全部煎至金黄后倒入照烧酱汁。
    • 9.用小火收汁,中间要不停的搅动。
    • 10.汁最好不要全部收干,留一点浇到米饭上会更好吃。将烧好后的肉取出稍凉后切成均匀的四块。
    • 11.西兰花,胡萝卜洗净切小块,放入加了盐及少许食用油的开水中焯一下,取出控干后加入盐,香油搅拌均匀。盘中盛入米饭,摆上切好的鸡腿肉再取浇一点肉汁在上面,配上拌好的蔬菜即可。
