Steps to make 双浇头金针菇

  • 1.姜蒜葱切成蓉,朝天椒切成小圈
  • 2.金针菇撕成小把入沸水焯水5分钟,直到断生捞出晾凉
  • 3.姜蒜,辣椒入油锅爆香,浇到晾凉的金针菇上
  • 4.用蚝油,酱油,醋,辣椒油,香油调好料汁,均匀浇到金针菇上即可食用,最后点缀上香葱碎
