  • 2.把海参切块。
  • 3.冬菇泡发,切块。
  • 4.腐竹泡软。
  • 5.干贝冲洗一下,用水泡软。
  • 6.热油锅,把姜爆香。
  • 7.放香菇炒。
  • 8.放海参炒匀。
  • 9.倒入干贝和泡干贝的水。
  • 10.再加水与材料持平,放入蚝油,生抽和糖,大火烧开,转小火烧30分钟。
  • 11.放入腐竹煮至腐竹软透。
  • 12.葱切段。
  • 13.放入葱段。
  • 14.炒匀即可。
