Steps to make 荠菜炒年糕

  • 1.荠菜摘掉黄叶,清洗干净。荠菜里泥沙比较多,多清洗荠菜才能彻底清洗掉荠菜里的泥沙。
  • 2.将荠菜在开水里焯30秒马上捞出放冷水里冰一下。
  • 3.然后捏干荠菜里的水分,切碎备用。
  • 4.年糕块放清水里冲洗一下掰开,然后开水里焯1分钟马上捞出备用。
  • 5.焯好的年糕块捞出沥水备用。
  • 6.锅底放一勺猪油,爆香姜末然后倒入年糕翻炒,出锅前加入荠菜和一勺盐1勺芝麻油调味即可。如果不喜欢吃猪油,用植物油也可以的哦!
