玩烘焙快一年了,从加入美食天下那天起我爱上了烘焙,虽然很 多做得不是很好,但还是无法减少我对烘焙的热爱。 之前做过面包,蛋糕,都很好吃,饼干是我做得最少的了,做过2种都很不错,但是婆婆说小朋友最好不要吃饼干,呵 ,可儿子很是喜欢,我不做他也想到外面买,小孩子嘛都是馋猫 !好吧,    今天就给儿子做他的最爱,(可可曲奇)。。。。。

  • 低粉180克
  • 黄油120克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 可可粉20克
  • 砂糖35克
  • 糖粉60克

Steps to make 可可曲奇

  • 1.将面粉与可可粉混合备用
  • 2.黄油隔热水软化加入糖粉搅拌均匀
  • 3.再倒入砂糖用打蛋器稍稍打发
  • 4.分三次加入鸡蛋液,并用打蛋器搅打均匀
  • 5.打好的黄油变浅黄色
  • 6.低粉和可可粉的混合粉加入黄油糊
  • 7.用橡皮刮刀把面粉和黄油糊拌匀,成为均匀的曲奇面糊
  • 8.把曲奇面糊填入裱花袋
  • 9.烤盘上垫烤纸,挤出曲奇面糊。(我的裱花技术实在不敢恭维)
  • 10.烤箱预热170度,烤箱中层烤15~20分钟即可。各家烤箱不同,请注意观看颜色
