  • 食盐3克
  • 白糖20克
  • 发酵粉5克
  • 芝士30克
  • 千岛沙拉酱20克
  • 香葱20克
  • 豆渣50克
  • 黄油20克

Steps to make 香葱豆渣小餐包

  • 1.将鸡蛋多半个、食盐、牛奶、高粉、白糖、豆渣、发酵粉按顺序放入面包机内,开始揉面程序;
  • 2.执行两次揉面程序后,放入黄油,再次揉面;
  • 3.将面团放入发面盆里,室温发酵至两倍大,用手扎个空洞排气;
  • 4.将面团分成每个75克的小面团,简单整形后,松弛20分钟;
  • 5.取一面团,擀成椭圆,从上向下卷起;
  • 6.整形成橄榄状,放入烤盘中,包上保鲜膜,室温二次发酵1小时;
  • 7.醒发后的面团,刷上蛋液,挤上千岛沙拉酱,撒上香葱和芝士碎、白芝麻,入烤箱,190度,20分钟。
