全麦芝麻酱花式面包
做饼干剩下半袋牛奶,扔了可惜,又不喜欢喝牛奶,于是用来做一个全麦花式面包,感觉很不错,好吃有营养。

  • 蛋液40g
  • 酵母4g
  • 2g
  • 白糖40g

Steps to make 全麦芝麻酱花式面包

  • 1.将牛奶、蛋液、白糖、盐倒入面包桶,然后加入全麦面粉,启动一个和面程序,干净湿布盖在面包桶上,再盖好面包机盖子,静止2小时,加入黄油和酵母,再启动一个和面程序
  • 2.启动发面程序
  • 3.把面团分割成大小均匀的5面团,然后盖上湿布静置松弛15分钟
  • 4.芝麻酱加入盐、油调和
  • 5.取一个小面团,擀成圆饼,表面刷一层芝麻酱,顺次操作剩下的面团,依次摞到一起
  • 6.形成5个叠在一起的面片
  • 7.中间放上瓶盖,依次均匀分成16等分
  • 8.拧出花边
  • 9.二次发酵45度40分钟
  • 10.发酵好的面团,刷上蛋液,中间撒上白芝麻
  • 11.入烤箱
  • 12.烤箱预热,160度上下火20分钟。
  • 13.出炉。
