下饭过粥必备佳品辣白菜

Steps to make 下饭过粥必备佳品辣白菜

  • 1.把大白菜一切四,然后洗干净,沥干。然后每张叶子上都抹上一层盐,腌6个小时。
  • 2.把苹果,梨,姜,蒜头,虾皮全部切成末。
  • 3.然后倒入辣椒面中,再在辣椒面混合物中加入鱼露搅拌均匀备用。
  • 4.在50克糯米粉中加入400毫升的凉水,放在小火上不停搅拌成糊状。
  • 5.然后把糯米糊放凉后倒入辣椒面混合物中,搅拌均匀。
  • 6.把腌好的白菜用清水冲干净,沥干。然后放在一个干净的盘子里,戴上一次性手套(我没有手套,就套了个保鲜袋),然后用筷子把辣椒面糊,一层层的抹到白菜上去。
  • 7.把抹好了辣椒面糊的白菜从叶子往根部卷起,然后放在干净无油无水的密封盒子里发酵。
  • 8.冬天在室温下放2天,然后放入冰箱冷藏,7天左右就可以食用了。
  • 9.吃的时候,要用干净无水无油的筷子拿,不然里面剩下来的菜会坏掉的。
