法式月饼
这是一款热量极高的甜点,但味道和口感也超级棒,尤其是在秋冬季节更适合食用。
因为它的形式与中国的月饼很像,因此给它起名法式月饼。

  • 低筋粉100克
  • 杏仁粉10克
  • 奶粉20克
  • 蛋黄2个
  • 细砂糖80克
  • 黄油100克
  • 淡奶油80克
  • 奶油奶酪100克
  • 细砂糖30克
  • 蛋黄1个
  • 糖渍蔓越莓数颗

Steps to make 法式月饼

  • 1.外皮材料大合影;黄油提前从冰箱中取出,室温软化,做夹心用的奶油奶酪也要提前取出室温软化
  • 2.软化好的黄油加入细砂糖,用电动打蛋器低速搅打至颜色变浅
  • 3.分两次加入蛋黄,待蛋黄与黄油充分融合后再加入第二次;充分打发均匀,至完全融合
  • 4.加入淡奶油,打发均匀
  • 5.将面粉、奶粉、杏仁粉提前混合,筛入黄油糊中
  • 6.拌成面糊即可
  • 7.将面糊装入裱花袋中,再挤入不粘模具中,四周和底部都抹一圈,可以用小勺做些修整;不要太厚,还要留一些面糊用来封顶
  • 8.来制作夹心馅:软化的奶油奶酪、细砂糖、蛋黄同入打蛋盆中
  • 9.用电动打蛋器搅打均匀即可;此时烤箱开始预热,180度上下火
  • 10.将馅料装进裱花袋中,均匀地挤入抹好的面糊中
  • 11.再放几粒糖渍蔓越莓增加口感,没有的可以不放
  • 12.将剩余的外皮面糊填入模具中,封顶,可以用餐叉划出几道花纹来装饰
  • 13.将模具送入预热好的烤箱中层,180度,上下火,烤20分钟左右
  • 14.蛋糕在烤箱中会涨得很高,出炉后会回落,待凉后可轻松脱模
  • 15.看着真的很像月饼
  • 16.里面的馅料足足的,趁热吃很香
