麻辣黑鳕鱼
我是从山姆超市购买的带有MSC小蓝鱼标识的黑鳕鱼,为保护海洋贡献一点力量,国庆假期也要好好享受美味呀!黑鳕鱼是加拿大及美国捕捞的昂贵底层鱼,含omega-3比其他鱼类都高,并富含优质蛋白,钙,铁,铜和维生素A和D,脂肪含量低于1%,且富含DHA、EPA,有增强记忆力、提高免疫力等诸多健康益处。鳕鱼的刺很少、肉质细腻,甚至入口即化,非常适合婴幼儿以及老年人,高蛋白,低脂肪,且为不饱和脂肪,并含有较高的DNA和多种人体所必需的微量元素及营养成分。对儿童的发育成长老年人的心血管保健有较好的作用。被欧洲人称作餐桌上的营养师。

  • 干辣椒5个
  • 郫县豆瓣酱2大勺

Steps to make 麻辣黑鳕鱼

  • 1.准备黑鳕鱼块,从山姆超市购买的带有MSC小蓝鱼标识的黑鳕鱼,独立密封抽真空包装,干净卫生,使用方便。
  • 2.将鱼块用清水洗净,攥干水分,切成小块,加入少量料酒和白胡椒粉抓匀,腌制15分钟。
  • 3.准备麻椒,干辣椒,葱花,蒜片等调味料。
  • 4.控掉鱼块中多余的水分,加入适量面粉抓匀。
  • 5.锅中倒入稍多油,油温六成下锅炸,中火,下锅前还要在面粉中裹一圈,鱼块表面全部都是干面粉,这样炸出的鱼块才不松散。
  • 6.炸至表面微微焦黄,捞出备用。
  • 7.另起锅,锅中留底油,烧热后倒入麻椒和干辣椒炒香。
  • 8.加入葱花蒜片炒香后加入郫县豆瓣酱炒出红油。
  • 9.立即倒入黑鳕鱼块,加入一碗清水,开锅转中小火炖3分钟左右。
  • 10.汤汁收尽,关火。
  • 11.出锅咯,麻辣鲜香,太好吃了,准备的香菜摆在表面装饰即可。
  • 12.太好吃了。
