Steps to make 芒果班戟

  • 1.鸡蛋1个和蛋黄1个打入盆中,加入25克糖打匀。
  • 2.再加入200克牛奶打匀。
  • 3.筛入90克低粉搅拌至无干粉。
  • 4.加入提前融化好的20克黄油搅匀。
  • 5.面糊过筛后盖上盖子,入冰箱冷藏精置30分钟。
  • 6.不粘锅加热后,加入约40克左右的面糊,开小火边煎边转匀,不用翻面,煎好的饼皮可以用保鲜膜隔开。
  • 7.淡奶油200克加入20克糖打发至保持花纹的程度。
  • 8.取一片冷却的班戟皮,放上适量打发的奶油,放上提前切成长条的芒果后,再加点奶油把芒果盖上。
  • 9.然后把班戟皮包成长方形或方形,做好后放冰箱冷藏保存,尽快食用。
