  • 砂糖奶油霜用40克

Steps to make 翻糖蛋糕--洋酒礼盒

  • 1.配方里的原料以海绵蛋糕的制作方法做一盘28x28的蛋糕卷
  • 2.155度上下火30分钟左右(以自已的烤箱温度调时间),出炉后倒扣,冷却后平均切成两份,放冰箱备用
  • 3.开始制作洋酒,先准备一支轩尼诗酒,擦干净,抹上白油防粘
  • 4.干佩斯加酒红色素,揉匀擀平,按酒瓶1:1做好瓶身(灯光原因颜色偏浅)
  • 5.做好整支轩尼诗(注意:下图就是刷了糖浆混合物后的效果)
  • 6.颜色非常漂亮而且有光泽哦!
  • 7.取出一片蛋糕片,切成两片跟中华香烟大小的蛋糕片,红色翻糖膏包住蛋糕片,画上中华图案
  • 8.另一片蛋糕抹奶油霜冷藏定型后,黑色翻糖皮包边,上面放上擀干的翻糖皮,放好洋酒
  • 9.白色干佩斯用欧式花纹硅胶模印好花纹,装饰包装盒四边
  • 10.欧式花纹刷上金粉,上面洒上椰蓉当装饰。将洋酒,香烟按设计放在十寸蛋糕垫上
  • 11.装上蛋糕盒,绑好包装彩带,送给心爱的他!
