Steps to make 椰香可可酱油冰淇淋球

  • 1.准备食材:低筋面粉 500克 、可可粉20克、椰子油 205克、六月鲜10克轻盐特级原汁酱油45毫升。
  • 2.将低筋面粉过筛后放入料理盆中。
  • 3.倒入20克过筛后的可可粉。
  • 4.将干性食材搅拌均匀。
  • 5.倒入45毫升六月鲜10克轻盐特级原汁酱油。
  • 6.倒入205克椰子油。
  • 7.将所有的食材搅拌均匀,无干粉即可。
  • 8.用冰淇淋勺挖出冰淇淋球的形状,放在烤盘上。
  • 9.烤箱预热150°C中下层烤制30分钟。
  • 10.烤好后取出放凉即可。
  • 11.不会化的冰淇淋球,一口咬下去可可与酱油的组合可以味蕾有新的冲击。
