  • 腐乳汁1汤匙
  • 大蒜3瓣
  • 小米辣3个

Steps to make 腐汁豇豆

  • 1.原料准备好;
  • 2.豇豆角盐水浸泡20分钟去农药;
  • 3.豇豆洗衣净择去头尾,切成相等的长度;
  • 4.腐乳用勺子压成泥,大蒜剁沫,小米辣切成细圈;
  • 5.锅内入适量水煮开,入1匙盐和少许食用油,入豇豆煮熟;
  • 6.捞出过凉开水后码盘(天气冷想吃的可以不过凉水);
  • 7.锅内入适量油烧热,小火把蒜沫和小米辣椒炒香;
  • 8.接着倒入腐乳汁,继续炒出香味;
  • 9.根据各自口味入适量盐拌匀;
  • 10.最后把腐乳汁淋入豇豆即成。
