贾府私房菜-酱牛肉
我做菜一般很少用很多的调料,因为很多调料里都含有添加剂,对人体不是很好。这道酱牛肉只用了简单的几种配料,就已经色味纯正,酱香浓郁,是可口的下酒小菜。

  • 牛腱肉1000g
  • 1块
  • 花椒粉1匙
  • 桂皮1块
  • 八角2只
  • 精盐1匙
  • 老抽1匙
  • 1颗
  • 白果3只
  • 东古一品香酱油50ml

Steps to make 贾府私房菜-酱牛肉

  • 1.牛腱肉洗净
  • 2.准备辅料,姜切片,葱切段
  • 3.煮锅内放入,加入牛腱肉煮开
  • 4.待牛肉变色后捞出用凉水冲去浮末,沥干水分
  • 5.将焯水的牛腱肉放入阿迪锅内,加入葱段,姜片,八角,白果,桂皮,一匙精盐,少许花椒粉
  • 6.放入一汤匙老抽,50ml东古一品鲜酱油,加清水沫过牛肉
  • 7.盖上锅盖,自选菜单功能保压20分钟
  • 8.待阿迪锅保压完成自然放气以后,将汤和肉一起倒出,静置6个小时
  • 9.之后捞出用保鲜膜盖上,防止风干,吃的时候切片装盘即可
  • 10.配上啤酒真是美味啊
