  • 白糖2勺

Steps to make 辣白菜

  • 1.将白菜洗净后切成四瓣,用盐抹匀后,腌渍8个小时左右
  • 2.腌白菜期间,准备一下调料,将它们洗净
  • 3.白萝卜擦成丝备用
  • 4.苹果、梨切碎后打成泥,葱姜也打成泥
  • 5.糯米粉加水熬成糊状
  • 6.韭菜切成小段后,将所有的调料倒在一起
  • 7.搅拌成粘稠的糊状调料,这是做辣白菜的主要调料,鱼露我没有买到,就放了一些虾酱代替
  • 8.白菜腌渍好后,到出多余的水,用凉开水将白菜再冲洗一下,并拧干水分
  • 9.将白菜一片片掰开,把调好的辣酱均匀的抹在白菜上面,根部多抹一些,里外都要抹上
  • 10.逐个抹完后,将白菜卷起,码在容器里面,密封好后,放冰箱放置5~6天即可食用,也可放置室温(温度较高可以加快辣白菜发酵)
