老南瓜香甜软糯,除了炖菜和煮汤,还可以用来做甜品。把老南瓜去皮后切成薄片上锅蒸熟,捣成泥后加入牛奶、淀粉和白糖,放入锅中小火煮至浓稠状,装到容器中放入冰箱冷藏3个小时,然后取出切成小方块,裹上一层椰蓉就好了。做法超级简单,椰香四溢、奶香浓郁的椰蓉南瓜牛奶小方就做好了。

Steps to make 椰蓉南瓜牛奶小方

  • 1.首先我们要准备好制作这道【椰蓉南瓜牛奶小方】需要用到的所有食材:将老南瓜去皮后洗干净,然后切成薄片,把牛奶倒入碗中,称重好淀粉、绵白糖和椰蓉。
  • 2.把南瓜放入蒸锅中蒸熟,蒸到用筷子能扎透就可以了。然后取出蒸好的南瓜放入小奶锅中压成南瓜泥。
  • 3.锅中加入牛奶、淀粉和绵白糖,搅拌至淀粉无颗粒状、绵白糖彻底融化的状态。
  • 4.然后开最小火,一边煮一边用硅胶刮刀不停地搅拌,直至浓稠状就可以关火了。
  • 5.在保鲜盒中撒上一层椰蓉,用刮刀将浓稠状的南瓜牛奶泥倒入保鲜盒中,然后晃动一下保鲜盒让表面变得平整。待冷却后盖上盖子放入冰箱冷藏3个小时。
  • 6.3个小时后从冰箱中取出,用刀切成大小均匀的小方块。把切好的南瓜牛奶小方放入椰蓉中,均匀裹上一层椰蓉,奶香浓郁、香甜可口的椰蓉南瓜牛奶小方就做好了。
