美味盐焗鸡

以前自己也做过,但是,都是用水盐焗,今天,第一次尝试用盐来腌制鸡腿,也是一次新的尝试,欢迎大家一起来品尝吧。

  • 鸡腿2个
  • 海盐500克
  • 花雕酒3汤匙
  • 八角5个
  • 盐焗鸡粉3克
  • 南姜粉3克
  • 米酒4汤匙
  • 红酒3汤匙
  • 迷迭香1克
  • 胡椒粉2克
  • 老葱10克
  • 老姜20克

Steps to make 美味盐焗鸡

  • 1. 准备所有食材
  • 2.鸡腿用水泡2-3小时,泡去血水,期间多次换水,最后再用花雕酒泡20分钟(去腥)
  • 3.之后,沥干水分,接着用厨房纸巾沾干多余水分
  • 4.放入所有A调料,充分用手抓匀,腌制40分钟
  • 5.烤箱预热10分钟后,海盐和八角充分搅匀放入烤箱中,上下火烤20分钟
  • 6.把第4步放入油纸中,包好
  • 7.接着,用烤好的盐包好
  • 8.放入烤箱,上下火,150度,40分钟,关火后,再用烤箱余热,焖20分钟
  • 9. 好了,烤好后,放入适量的鲜薄荷叶,就可以吃了,味道相当好吃
