Steps to make 棋格饼干——黑白配的双重美味

  • 1.所有原料准备好
  • 2.将黄油分成相等两份切成小块,室温下软化。
  • 3.分别加入糖粉60克,用电动打蛋器打至浓稠发白。
  • 4.分次加入全蛋液,搅拌至蛋液完全吸收。
  • 5.低粉160克、盐1克混合筛入盆中拌匀;另一份低粉150克、盐1克、可可粉10克混合筛入盆中拌匀。
  • 6.将双色面团分别装入保鲜袋,入冰箱冷藏30分钟。
  • 7.冷藏好的面团分别擀成6、7mm左右厚度的面片,用刀切去不整齐的边缘。两片面片重叠,中间涂一层蛋液粘贴。 用刀切成条,按颜色交叉成马赛克格,每条中间涂一层蛋液做粘贴。
  • 8.切成1cm左右的片状,摆入烤盘。烤箱预热170度,入烤箱中上层,烤约20分钟。
